The car was first registered in Florida and later moved to Washington state, where it was acquired by the seller in 2010.
The car is finished in Alpine White III (300) and was factory-equipped with a glass sunroof, fog lights, and adaptive xenon headlamps. Aftermarket Intec LED headlight bulbs and satin black kidney grille surrounds were added under current ownership. The parking sensors have been replaced, and the rear bumper cover was reportedly repainted to correct scratches.
Ten-spoke 19″ Style 166 wheels from an E60 M5 are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires measuring 245/40 at the front and 285/35 out back. The seller states the front and rear suspension arms have been replaced, with Turner Motorsport monoball control arms fitted up front. The car was reportedly corner balanced following installation of the KW V3 coilovers, and the brake system has been modified with the following components:

The cabin is upholstered in Cream Beige Dakota leather and features matching carpets, two-tone door panels, and silver trim on the doors and dashboard. Equipment includes power-adjustable heated seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, an M5-style shift knob, adaptive cruise control, iDrive with navigation, and Harman Kardon audio with a JL Audio Bluetooth adapter.
The multi-function heated steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,500-rpm redline. The odometer shows 88k miles.
The 4.4-liter DOHC V8 produced 325 horsepower and 330 lb-f of torque when new. Work performed under current ownership is said to have included replacing the water pump, coolant reservoir, coolant lines, temperature sensors, alternator, and alternator bracket seal.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a ZF six-speed manual transmission. The seller states replacement of the clutch, flywheel, and clutch slave cylinder was carried out at 75k miles along with changes of the transmission and differential fluids. A modified clutch delay valve from Zeckhausen Racing has been fitted.
